Auto-decompression unit

Low noise operation

High effective combustion system ensures complete combustion., A  large silencer dampens exhaust noise and engine sounds which are contained in a double-wall structure and absorbed by a liner.

Digital control panel

All the control units of the generator sets are on one panel, and the LED monitor of the panel will display the real-time working data of generator set such as its output voltage current and frequency. Total time and shutdown fault information is also displayed.

Low oil alarm system

Before the oil level drops to an unsafe level, the generator set will stop automatically. The whole set can be restarted only if the oil level is refilled.

Application of new AVR

The AVR design protects against overloads and damage to the set. It provides a steady output no matter what the appliance load.

Advanced alternator winding

Waveform distortion is kept at a minimum and the output is stable The winding design protects the generator from short circuits and provides a stable output while running inductive loads.

ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch)

KIPOR KDA generator sets can be equipped with an ATS (automatic transfer switch).  The ATS, at preset intervals, can automatically check and monitor the running of the generator to ensure an optimum working condition when standby power is needed. The ATS continuously monitors utility power, If utility power voltage or frequency changes to an abnormal level, the ATS will start the generator automatically and switch power to the designated loads. Once utility power is restored, the ATS shifts back to utility power (main power) and shuts down the generator set.
